The Quality Control and Quality Assurance Departments are equipped with qualified teams, equipment and infrastructures and comply with the legislation applicable to the sector. Appropriate training and refresher courses for work teams are ever-present objectives in internal management, as is the ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

The Quality Control Department is responsible for analysing raw materials and packaging material; it ensures quality in all phases of the production process; it develops and validates physical, chemical and microbiological methods and performs stability studies in accordance with applicable standards.

Quality Assurance plays a key role in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice. The various activities carried out include: validation process management, deviation and change control, internal and external audits, supplier qualification and verification of applicable sector legislation.
